Qualifications:​

  • You live in or surrounding Benson, AZ
  • You make sure your pet gets regular vet check-ups.
  • You get a diagnosis, prognosis, and estimate from your vet
  • You can prove that you need financial help.
  • Your pet has been with you for at least six weeks.

Disqualifications:

  • Your pet has already been treated and you are looking for funds to repay a loan or credit card.

  • You have been convicted of animal abuse or neglect.

  • Your pet has not been seen by a veterinarian in the last 24 months.

  • The animal is not in your legal custody.​
