"What is the adoption fee?"

Our adoption fee for all dogs is $350.

Cats are $200

"What does it cover?" - Adoption fees help cover costs for vaccinations and the animals spay/neuter.

"Why is it so much?" - Our rescue animals are seen at a local vet to make sure they are properly vaccinated, dewormed, spay/neutered and any other medical needs.

Being that they are in foster homes, food and other necessities have to be provided to ensure they can show their true potential.

We want to cut down on the over population of animals we have in Cochise County and find loving homes for those who are already here.

Want to bring your new family member home before they are altered? Foster to adopt is the thing for you. When you foster to adopt to get to bring your pet and let them become part of the family before they are up to date on shots or altered. One thing we require would be that your current pets are up to date on their vaccines. If current pets are not altered, we can only allow same gender in house to prevent accidental babies. After all, our goal is to help with the overpopulation and don't want to add to it.

Available Misfits

Ena

Ena is a sweet Aussie mix. She is house trained, kennel trained, and leash trained. She does well with kids, cats, other dogs, ponies, and even goats. She has been with us for most of her life, she would really love to find a family to call her own.

Pepper

Pepper is a male pit mix. He is going to be a medium/large sized dog. He is amazing in public settings, a little nervous but accepts love and doesn't bark. He enjoys cuddling and being with those he loves. He has been around other dogs and kids. He is amazing with both. House training is going well.

Bambi

Bambi is over a year old female lab/boxer mix. Bambi has spent almost her entire life in foster homes and is hoping to find her forever home soon. She is full of energy and love. Bambi is good with kids and other dogs. Will chase cats but hasn't shown any aggression towards them. She is kennel trained and house trained. Although she may piddle a little when she gets TOO excited seeing her family. Please know she is high energy and will require some play time or walk time to help stimulate her brain.
